USES: Chlordiazepoxide is used to treat anxiety and acute alcohol withdrawal. It is also used to relieve fear and anxiety before surgery. Do not increase your dose, take it more frequently or use it for a longer period of time than prescribed because this drug can be habit-forming. DRUG INTERACTIONS:

Your doctor or pharmacist may already be aware of any possible drug interactions and may be monitoring you for them.
